Summary: This guide, intended for use within the context of clinical supervision, coaching, or consultation with mental health professionals, contains a wealth of coaching strategies and activities that are designed to support and sustain the use of skills, newly learned through NTI, in daily work. Content is closely aligned with the ten NTI training modules.
Application: Mental health professionals who provide clinical supervision, coaching, and/or consultation can choose from a variety of activities including team discussion, case review, role play, team activities, and application of tools to reinforce best practices. Although designed for supervisors, practitioners may also use the Guide independently to expand their own learning.
