Summary: The study supported importance of cultural connectedness for Native/Indigenous youth’s health and wellness outcomes. Culture can be measured and is a social determinant of health supporting the need for better understanding of indigenous epistemology and community-defined evidence practices. screening and evaluation material provided overall positive outcomes for Native/Indigenous youth when connected to cultural.
