Louise Johnson, Director of the Division of Children, Adolescents, and their Families for the SC Dept. of Mental Health shares how she utilized the NTI training to improve her staff’s adoption competence. “Our clinicians are fairly aware of some of the grief and loss issues, but it would really be good for them to be able to pull everything together around the trauma, grief, loss, and abandonment, and to really fine tune those skills and abilities.”
