In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, the Office of Child Care presented this webinar. The discussion built on the OCC Information Memorandum (IM), which offers recommendations for enhancing mental health supports through the use of Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) resources.
This session provides insights into how the new guidance can help leaders in states, territories, Tribes, local communities, and early care and education programs utilize CCDF funds to promote the mental health and well-being of children, families, and the early care and education workforce.
Additionally, the webinar explored strategies for states, territories, and Tribes to develop and maintain a comprehensive mental health system of care.
