Youth MOVE National’s Peer Connect program is the first national youth-specific peer support certification, accreditation, and workforce development model, designed to prepare young people with lived experience for professional youth peer support roles while helping organizations build sustainable, high-quality peer support programs. The program combines training, supervision, accreditation, implementation support, and continuous quality improvement to strengthen the youth peer workforce and expand youth-led, trauma-informed services across behavioral health and other youth-serving systems.
