The A Home for Every Child initiative, sponsored by the Administration for Children and Families, aims to ensure foster children have safe, stable families, supported by NTI training that strengthens child welfare mental health workforce skills. NTI focuses on increasing foster and kinship care, reducing placement disruptions, supporting family preservation, and improving caregiver retention through competency assessment, trauma understanding, and therapeutic parenting strategies.
