Driving Change in Adoption is a Chapin Hall–led initiative that centers the lived experiences of youth and families to modernize adoption policy and practice in the United States. Developed through a national think tank and resulting toolkit, the project provides actionable strategies for child welfare agencies and advocates to strengthen youth voice, protect privacy, and improve adoption processes and post‑adoption supports.
