From 2018–2024, the Delta Center for a Thriving Safety Net hosted a State Learning & Action Collaborative that brought primary care associations and behavioral health state associations together to learn from experts and peers with the goal of advancing value-based payment and care in the safety net. This npage focuses on fostering cross-state collaboration to advance person-centered care in behavioral health systems. It provides resources and support for states aiming to improve health outcomes and system performance through shared learning and innovative practices.
