Child Health and Development Institute

< 1 min read

CHDI is an intermediary organization that serves as a bridge for connecting people, information, data, and systems. They work in close partnership with policymakers, providers, educators, and other partners to improve behavioral health systems, services, and outcomes.

CHDI identifies and assesses needs within child-serving systems or the community, develops and tests innovations, disseminates effective approaches and interventions, creates the infrastructure to sustain and embed those innovations into routine practice, and then evaluates and adjusts those innovations as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
