# Variety of Teaching Methods: What Works

The handout provides strategies for engaging participants with different learning styles during Learning Collaboratives. It emphasizes interactive methods like paired discussions, role plays, and listening teams. Paired discussions involve participants reflecting on lecture content with specific questions or open-ended discussions. Role plays are used to simulate clinical scenarios, encouraging active participation. Listening teams assign roles like Supporters, Naysayers, Questioners, and Reflectors to engage participants during didactic presentations, fostering diverse perspectives and deeper engagement. These methods aim to accommodate varied learning preferences and enhance collaborative learning environments.
