# Pediatric ACEs and Related Life-events Screener (PEARLS)

 

 ACEs Aware provides standardized screening tools for children, adolescents, and adults to identify adverse childhood experiences and assess risk for toxic stress, available in both identified and de‑identified formats and in multiple languages. The pediatric PEARLS tools and adult ACE questionnaires are required for Medi‑Cal reimbursement and offer age‑appropriate, evidence‑based approaches to support clinical decision‑making.
