# Care at Home for Children​ with Serious Emotional Disorders

​The **Children with Serious Emotional Disorder Waiver (CSEDW)** is a Medicaid Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) program in West Virginia designed to support children and young adults aged 3 to 21 with serious emotional, behavioral, or mental health needs. The program aims to help these individuals remain in their homes and communities rather than being placed in institutional settings.​

### Services Provided

The CSEDW offers a range of services based on the National Wraparound Initiative model, focusing on individualized, family-centered care. Services include:

- **Wraparound facilitation** 
- **Individual and family therapy**.
- **In-home support services**
